Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products, including templates, guides, toolkits, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

Online Trainings & Courses
All training sessions, whether live (Zoom) or on-demand, are non-refundable. Upon registration or purchase, participants receive immediate access to proprietary content and materials; therefore, refunds will not be issued.

Consulting Services
All consulting sessions and services are non-refundable once booked or completed.

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a duplicate purchase or a confirmed technical issue that prevents access to the product or service.
